In the area of public procurement law, he has a well-established knowledge supported by extensive experience acquired in the course of conducting many complex proceedings, including those subsidized by EU and national funds. He has led complex procurement processes covering all types of contracts, including proceedings as demanding as the construction of wind farms and hydroelectric power plants.
