Director in the Polish Wind Energy Association has been dealing with regulatory issues related to the promotion of wind energy development in Poland.

Previously, a long-term employee of the government administration. Since 2008 he worked at the Ministry of Economy and then at the Ministry of Energy, where he dealt with issues related to the development of renewable energy sources, including support mechanisms, as well as distributed and prosumer energy. Since 2019, as a Director in the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Climate and Environment, he supervised works related to planning the development of renewable energy sources and creating legal conditions for their further operation.
