Michał Jerzy Kołodziejczyk is the president of the management board of Equinor Polska and Equinor country manager in Poland. His responsibilities include development of Equinor’s offshore wind portfolio, supporting the development of onshore renewable energy sources, and coordinating Equinor’s activities in Poland. Michal began his work at Equinor in 1993 and has held various leadership positions, in both downstream and upstream part of the business, in Poland as well as in other markets. With over 20 years in the international energy industry, Michal has a broad background from corporate and project management, finance, and business development. He has a degree in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics as well as has completed postgraduate studies in corporate law. Since 2014 he’s been focusing on developing Equinor’s renewables business.
