Co-manager of a team specializing in advising infrastructure companies, particularly on energy law.
His experience includes a number of restructuring projects in the power industry and investments in new generation sources. For many years he has been advising domestic and foreign investors on acquisitions and development of energy projects in Poland. He has been recommended by Chambers Europe in the field of energy every year for more than a dozen years.
He has participated, as a representative of industry associations, in numerous legislative works on energy, including the Law on Renewable Energy Sources, the Law on Offshore Wind Energy, and the Law on Electromobility. He cooperates with key industry organizations in the RES sector (PWEA, PV Association, UPEBI, Polish Energy Storage Association).
Author of many publications in the field of energy. For many years he has been a speaker at renowned national and international conferences relating to the energy sector. One of the editors of the commentary to the Law on Renewable Energy Sources published by Wolters Kluwer. Co-author of one of the first scientific publications on the development of electromobility in Poland (published by PWN).
