Attorney with over 10 years of experience heading the Procurement and Public Contracts Team, within the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department of DWF Poland. In his practice to date, he has advised on more than 40 construction projects with a total value of several billion zlotys, including the construction of energy infrastructure, roads, railroads, sewage treatment plants, cubic investments and industrial projects. He has advised on both the bidding phase (public and on regulations), the execution phase of contracts (FIDIC, NEC contracts and other contract templates), as well as court and arbitration proceedings. He is a lawyer recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA in the Construction, Dispute Resolution and Public Procurement categories. He is on the list of recommended arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of Construction at SIDiR.
