Member of the Management Board of Baltic Power, responsible for the construction of the first offshore wind farm of the ORLEN Group and Northland Power. Experienced manager and leader, expert in the field of energy and system innovation. Specialises in broadly defined business development from mergers and acquisitions, preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments, as well as in innovation implementation. Previously associated, among others, with Tauron, where, as vice-president, he was responsible for the implementation of the green turnaround. In addition, he was responsible for overseeing an investment portfolio of up to PLN 4 billion per year and supervised key investment projects such as the construction and restructuring of the Jaworzno 910 project. Previously, for about 10 years he was responsible for business development and strategy at GDF Suez Polska and led the M&A and development projects of GDF SUEZ Europe.
