Jacek Bartmiński
Lawyer, practitioner of corporate governance and the lawmaking process and regulatory impact assessments. Graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Catholic University of Lublin, National School of Public Administration and Kozminski University.
He participated, among other things, in the restructuring of PLL LOT (compensation of notified state aid), was chairman of the audit committees of KUKE SA and AMICA SA. He headed ownership supervision in the largest Polish corporations. Restructuring advisor and co-author of the Restructuring Law.
He has worked at the Ministry of Finance (advisor to the minister) and the Ministry of Economy (director of the Department of Economic Regulation Improvement) and the Supreme Audit Office (deputy director of the Department of Economy, State Treasury and Privatization), among others.
In December 2023, he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets.
