Grzegorz Kotte

Grzegorz Kotte - graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. He completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology.

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with power engineering. He began his career in 1994 by working at the Office of Studies and Power Projects Energoprojekt - Warsaw S.A., where he advanced through the ranks from designer's assistant to investment implementation specialist. Since 2004, he was associated with the Dalkia Polska Group (now Veolia), where he was a project manager, and in March 2008 he took the position of Director of Investments and Repairs at Dalkia Łódź SA. He then worked at Eneria (Caterpillar Electric Power Solutions) and ILF Consulting Engineers Poland as Business Development Manager and Lead Power Engineer. 

From 2014 to 2016, he worked at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA as Director of the Investment Realization Center, where he successfully completed the implementation of the investment plan at PKP PLK in the 2008 - 2014 EU perspective.

From March 2016 to March 2024, he was employed at Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. as Member of the Management Board for Technical Affairs. He was responsible for the area of production, maintenance, repair, investment and environmental protection at Kozienice Power Plant. He was also responsible for managing the process of construction of a 1,075 MW supercritical unit at Kozienice Power Plant, including commissioning of the unit and taking it over for operation and signing a long-term maintenance agreement, as well as supervising the technical area related to the purchase of Połaniec Power Plant by Enea Group. 

Since August 2024, he has been working as Director of the Offshore Wind Farms Department at Polenergia SA, where he is responsible for the construction of 3 GW offshore wind farms.

He is a member of the Economic Society of Polish Power Plants, the Polish Thermal Power Association and the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Building Installations, Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology.
