Arkadiusz Marchewka completed his doctoral studies at the University of Szczecin, where he earned a PhD in economics. In addition, he is a graduate of the School of Civil Society Leaders. Professionally, he is affiliated with the Institute of Management at the University of Szczecin, where he is an academic lecturer. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation and worked in the Committee on Public Finance. He currently serves as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where he is responsible for maritime and water management and inland navigation.
