Agnieszka Chylińska is an Attorney-at-law and a Counsel in the Warsaw Renewable Energy and Public Procurement Departments, a business-oriented transaction lawyer with renewable energy, real estate and public procurement background. She specialises in complex infrastructure projects, including energy projects and including those performed under the public-private partnership (PPP) formula. She is responsible for commercial transactions in the renewables sector (including corporate PPAs), assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, procurement, preparation and negotiation of development agreements (DSA), EPC, LTSA, BoP and TSA. She also specialises in construction contracts for the implementation of projects in which the employer is either a public or a private entity (including those based on FIDIC standards).
