A graduate of the Poznan University of Technology with a PhD in engineering, he is a manager with more than 22 years of experience in business management. As of November 2019, he was Deputy CEO at Dajin Heavy Industry Europe, where he was responsible, among other things, for developing a strategy for offshore foundations and wind towers, including a business concept and operational plan aligned with key market players. From 2017 to 2019, he was Vice President of the Management Board of ST3-Offshore Ltd. (under restructuring), responsible for overseeing the restructuring process and day-to-day operations in the areas of: Health and Safety, Production, Technology, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Infrastructure, Logistics, Investment and Project Management. From 2012 to 2017, he served as Vice President of the Gdansk Shipyard Group, responsible for design and production for the offshore industry, including Oil &Gas and wind power. He was responsible for the operations of the entire industrial group.
