Through a cluster of Dutch offshore wind companies named 'Linked by Offshore Wind', the Netherlands shares knowledge and expertise with the Polish sector. This includes topics such as ports and logistics, site studies, R&D, transport and installation, substations, O&M and foundations. Sharing expertise will ultimately lead to high certainty for project developers, increased investor confidence, and lower overall costs.
