ORLEN Neptun

ORLEN Neptun is the offshore wind excellence centre within the ORLEN Group. We are responsible for the development of offshore wind projects. In October 2023, the company was granted five new seabed licences for offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea with a total capacity of approx. 5.2 GW. Four of them are located on the Oder Bank, near Świnoujście, where the company is building Poland’s first offshore wind installation port (to be commissioned in 2025). The 5th site is located on the Slupska Bank. This area is adjacent to the approx. 1.2 GW Baltic Power wind farm (COD expected in 2026).
